Fleet snapshot of September 28, 2026. Prices and availability change daily — the live list below is current.
Ibiza is a compact island, and chartering here is about choosing which coast to explore and how much time to spend around Formentera. The fleet is split between three bases, each with its own character: Ibiza Town on the south-east coast, Sant Antoni de Portmany on the west and Santa Eulària des Riu on the east, with day boats also working from Cala Jondal in the south.
Motor yachts are the largest group, followed by motorboats and catamarans, with fewer monohull sailing yachts than in Mallorca. That mix reflects how Ibiza is usually cruised: day trips and relaxed weeks between beaches and coves rather than long passages. Catamarans are especially popular for their shallow draft and space, which suit the sandy anchorages of Formentera.
A week around the island can start from Sant Antoni with the sunset anchorages of Cala Bassa and Cala Comte and the islets of Sa Conillera, round the rugged north coast to Portinatx, continue down the quieter east side past Tagomago to Santa Eulària, and finish with the beaches of Formentera across the Es Freus channel. Sea breezes are usually moderate in summer; the season runs from May to October.

Yes. The seagrass meadows around the Pitiusas are protected, and anchoring on them is not allowed; drop anchor on sand or use the seasonal mooring buoys that are installed in popular bays.
