This policy explains what data the AnchorQueen marine navigation apps and the website anchorqueen.com collect, why, and the choices you have. It covers:
net.safeanchor.safeanchor).com.anchorqueen.seadepth).The apps are offline-first: charts, routes, anchor watch, and your notebook work on-device without an account. The data practices below apply when you opt into account, cloud, AI, advertising, or online features. Feature availability differs by platform — where a practice is iOS-only or Android-only, we say so.
AnchorQueen ("we", "our", "us") is operated by AnchorQueen Marine Tech, Barbaros Mah. Basak Cengiz 7H B3 D13, Atasehir, Istanbul, Türkiye, which is the data controller for the purposes of the EU/UK GDPR and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698). On the free tier, AnchorQueen shows ads through Google AdMob. Subscribers (Pro, Max, Captain's Pass, and chart purchases) do not see ads. Advertising uses your device's advertising identifier and related signals and, to deliver personalised ads, may combine them with data held by Google across other apps and sites — which is considered "tracking" under Apple's rules and "sharing"/"sale" under California law.
