Fleet snapshot of September 28, 2026. Prices and availability change daily — the live list below is current.
Corfu is the northern gateway to the Ionian, a green, mountainous island a short distance off the Greek and Albanian mainland. Most charter boats are based at Marina Gouvia, on the east coast just north of Corfu town and close to the airport, with smaller fleets at Benitses and Paleokastritsa.
The fleet is mainly sailing yachts, with catamarans and a group of motorboats and motor yachts. From Gouvia the classic route runs south: along Corfu's east coast, then across to Paxos and Antipaxos, with their clear water and small harbours such as Gaios and Lakka, and back via Parga and Sivota on the mainland coast. The Corfu channel to the north, where the Albanian mountains are close across the water, is an easy day sail.
Winds follow the Ionian pattern: calm mornings and a north-westerly breeze building in the afternoon, which makes the southbound legs pleasant and the return worth planning for the morning. The season runs from May to October; the island is quieter in June and September.
