Fleet snapshot of September 28, 2026. Prices and availability change daily — the live list below is current.
Ecuador's fleet here is entirely in the Galápagos Islands, and chartering there works differently from anywhere else. Boats are expedition-style motor yachts and power catamarans, chartered with a full crew and a licensed naturalist guide, and they follow itineraries set in advance within the rules of the Galápagos National Park. That is why nightly prices are far higher than a typical charter: they cover the boat, the crew, the guide and full board.
A cruise typically combines several islands, with daily landings to see giant tortoises, marine iguanas, sea lions, blue-footed boobies and frigatebirds, and snorkelling in the channels between the islands. Different itineraries focus on the central, southern or western islands, so the route you book determines which species and landscapes you see.
The islands can be visited year-round. From about December to May the water is warmer and the sea calmer, with occasional tropical showers; from about June to November the cool Humboldt Current brings cooler water, more marine life and a grey, misty sky known as garúa.
