Fleet snapshot of September 28, 2026. Prices and availability change daily — the live list below is current.
Brazil's charter fleet is concentrated on the south-east coast, between Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. The standout cruising ground is the Costa Verde: the bay of Angra dos Reis and Ilha Grande, scattered with hundreds of forested islands and sheltered anchorages, and the colonial town of Paraty at its western end. Distances are short and the water inside the bay is usually calm.
Bases include Marina da Glória in Rio, on Guanabara Bay below Sugarloaf Mountain; Marina Bracuhy, Marina Piratas and Angra dos Reis Marina Clube around Angra; Marina Farol de Paraty; and Marina Astúrias in Guarujá on the São Paulo coast. A smaller fleet operates in Santa Catarina, around Florianópolis.
Motor yachts make up most of the fleet, often chartered with a skipper for day trips or weekends, with a smaller choice of sailing yachts and catamarans for longer cruising. As a southern-hemisphere destination, the busiest season is the summer from December to March, which is also the hottest and wettest; the winter months from June to September are drier and quieter.
